RISING TOGETHER: THE STORY OF NORA’S BEGINNING

Out of hardship, action. Out of crisis, community. Out of passion, purpose. NORA was born.

We have made progress with protecting the river, but have yet to regain access. That is
where our focus is now, a common sense solution to work with the railroad and the Forest Service to
provide an alternative access point for the reconstruction period,
